Conditions stated above cover all orders performed by Tulpania (hereinafter referred to as “Shop”). Clauses of conditions of order performance can not be changed by customer. Shop is not responsible if customer does not know conditions of order performance. Bouquet image
Photo expresses only an idea and when you purchase a bouquet it will differ from the picture. All flowers, designer materials and vase that bouquet description includes can be replaced for similar ones. Elements that are on the picture but are not in description are not included in supply. Conditions of order registration
Order is registered if all necessary information was provided correctly. Shop reserves right to contact customer in compliance with provided contact information and do not accept order if it is not possible to contact the customer. Responsibility of the shop for order performance begins at the moment of its registration and customer is informed about it additionally. During order registration changes to bouquet description can be orally agreed with customer. Delivery is possibly only in Kyiv. Delivery terms
Delivery is performed within time and to the place agreed with the customer. If addressee is absent at agreed time Shop is not responsible for order performance. If delivery address or addressee’s name are not correct Shop is not responsible for order performance. In other cases of non-delivery or untimely delivery customer has right to ask for redress of bouquet cost; he shall contact Shop management within 96 hours from the supposed moment of delivery. |
